@_catwu 65% of product PRs is the metric I’d watch, not “we added a Slack bot.” The Sep 1 credit window is a useful forcing function: pick one shared workflow, measure accepted PRs/decisions, and cut it if Claude mostly creates prettier summaries.

@_catwu If even you didnt find Claude tag useful, I would be really concerned about my usage of opus models.

@_catwu Claude is an AI made to steal jobs while Dairo warns of the great AI job stealing apocalypse. I'm not giving them money ever. Because they dont develop AI for me to use. They develop AI to replace me. Your AI not for creation. It's for enterprise usage.

@_catwu sales and marketing using the same tool that lands product PRs is the interesting part, not the 65% number. most workplace AI tools stay siloed by function. if this actually crosses teams without everyone just using 10% of it differently, that's the real story
