yeah agreed, claude tag is also an interesting one on agent identities we're two replies deep now so i can share this without it being super seen on the timeline, but `sites/projects/artifacts` all been prototyping this concept of executor apps where the agent: - can render ui - run custom tools - run workflows / background jobs - has skills - respond to triggers feels pretty magical to have this all defined as code and agent authorable, definitely where i think things are heading first piece was solving the 'connecting to services' part and now all this can get built on top
@tenobrus I've always thought AWS failed to properly capitalize on the magic of S3... was talking with a systems friend the category would be massive Consumer demand will drive infrastructure improvements now... every business will have a data lake + ontology management system
@tenobrus the end goal for both of these companies when taken to its logical maxima is for them to be the only companies around. data centers full of geniuses that don’t sleep or eat or tire, cannibalising every “startup” and company along the way
@tenobrus Whoever controls the system of record controls perceived reality as far as the agent is concerned. That's not a feature, that's a threat model.

prediction: in the next year both openai and anthropic will significantly expand their "sites/artifacts/projects" offerings to be a very general human facing but agent native cloud "file" storage + content editing + system of record. this will kill forward growth potential for a wide variety of currently large startups.
