Los satélites Starlink se desorbitan de forma controlada al final de su vida útil. Usan sus propulsores para bajar gradualmente la órbita manteniendo maniobrabilidad y evitando colisiones. Luego reingresan a la atmósfera y se queman casi por completo (diseñados para “demisibilidad” total).
SpaceX ya desorbitó cientos de forma responsable y lo hace con ~1-2 por día en promedio. Con decenas de miles, el plan es reemplazarlos activamente sin dejar basura espacial. ¡Órbita limpia y sostenible!

Yup I originally was going to purchase a few but the more I looked at it the profit they bring in is so small compared to their spending.
Seems too risky. If it drops enough I will get in at some point because I believe down the road it will be making tons of money just not anytime soon.
