SpaceX's $40 billion GPU debt financing reportedly closes

Reuters reports Elon Musk said on October 25 that SpaceX closed $40 billion in debt financing for GPUs. Earlier, the Financial Times reported SpaceX sought the money to buy Nvidia chips through about $10 billion in bank loans and $30 billion in investment-grade debt, with Apollo expected to lead and a 2027 close anticipated. Musk said SpaceX’s investment-grade status and Starlink and launch revenue helped preserve its access to credit.
