NV UEFI Unlocker targets Tensor Core gains on tested RTX 20, 30 and 40 GPUs

NV UEFI Unlocker runs before Nvidia’s driver loads and supports tested GPUs across the RTX 20, 30 and 40 series, including Windows systems. Reported matrix-multiplication tests show gains on an RTX 2070 and an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, but application gains depend on the workload. The changes are temporary; the standard setup requires disabling Secure Boot, and not every card or system configuration has been independently tested.
