Engineers from the Worldcoin Foundation announced the release of ProveKit v1, an open-source zero-knowledge proving toolkit built on Noir. It powers the World ID protocol and runs proofs on phones and browsers. The toolkit requires no trusted setup and supports post-quantum security. Developers can now build authentication flows that let users generate proofs locally without sharing underlying personal details.
