@MatthewJBar this is my macro view, but i generally believe the top 1-2 labs will always be profitable since the long tail of being "most ahead" for price inelastic customers is insanely high. not good for labs 3-10 tho

this is a little bit bearish (less giant excess spending) but not that much. it doesn't matter whether $100B of AI hyperscaler capex serves $200B in token inference from Llama, Muse, Grok or Deepseek or Claude or whatever.

wouldnt change macro view based on that imo.
