never. american data is superior like the american people. the chinese is barely conscious. what good would data from the lesser-sentients bring? america is great. we've made it great again. american models self-improve already. they don't need any more humans to improve. all those FDEs are just spreading gospel. they don't actually help bring in any additional data. it's over for humans. but america is still the best.
I wonder if not being able or willing to engage with and collect or purchase data from the Chinese ecosystem is a major weakness for OpenAI and Anthropic
