It’s too early to say on the recent change. Algo behavior, the way it interacts with the user interest graph, changes quite frequently, so every few weeks you have to adapt anyway. I used to use the metaphor “testing the wind”, before starting to paddle to catch the wave. Anyway I don’t try as hard as i used to. I just run the process in the back of my mind while focusing on other things, and insert posts into the TL when I see the opportunity.
10:08 AM · Jul 15, 2026I'm curious about account types for whom the algorithm change is worse. Big accounts maybe. Or @8teAPi, you go viral a reasonable amount, has this been a big difference? What about very small accounts? I guess worse for aggregators but I don't mind much.
