Anthropic renames Claude subscription tiers, removes five-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts
Anthropic announced Oct 30 that Claude Max 5x becomes Max ($100/mo) and Max 20x becomes Ultra ($200/mo).
TLDR
Anthropic says it is removing the five-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until verified and will receive an email when it is removed. Weekly limits remain unchanged, and subscribers need take no action. Max and Ultra remain $100 and $200 per month, respectively.
