I have been doing this test too. It is driving me bonkers in particular with deep sleep. Discordance with how you feel in the morning is bad enough, and it gets way worse with lack of agreement between devices.
HRV and deep sleep seem to be random number generators.
I wore an Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, and Fitbit Air at the same time for a week.
I expected the data to be similar but did not expect this.
