iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max reviews: A closer look at the camera upgrades

CNET describes the iPhone 18 Pro’s mechanical variable aperture, focus tracking and pro controls as one of its biggest camera overhauls in years. The Verge, however, says the major upgrade offers minor image-quality improvements.

Looking at the phones overall, TechRadar’s reviewer calls the Pro and Pro Max “better in all the right places” after a week with them. Mashable says the phones look the same as last year but pack a larger battery and a better camera.
