In a post on X, Diana Cai said she will join Cornell this fall as an assistant professor in computer science. Cai wrote that her group will work on probabilistic machine learning for scientific discovery, and that she is recruiting Ph.D. students to start in fall 2027, with postdoc opportunities still to come. So far, the only public source for the move is Cai’s own announcement.
