TLDR
Kotaku reports that Pokémon TCG's 30th Celebration set has high pull rates, making its “prettiest cards” easier to find in packs. Those cards are appearing five times more frequently than in recent years' sets, the outlet says, and it attributes falling resale prices to those high pull rates.
