So many products and services are able to take advantage of information asymmetry (the provider knows more than the customer)
AI eliminates that - or at least drastically reduces it!
As more people start doing this, it may even change how products are structured and sold

@omooretweets Related: a second opinion app, but outside of medicine. Plumber tells you you need a septic replacement? Have agent find plumber one state over, you pay $100 for 10 minutes of their time.
@omooretweets It really helps even the playing field where there’s an info imbalance… can’t wait until it goes from just a chat box to something that can look at all the variables and take action (eg analyze health insurance, look at bills, pay them).
