AI 'Pencil Fix' Post Draws Sharp Artist Rebuttals
Artists reply to an AI image labeling snapped pencils as pencilslop.
TLDR
An account posted an AI-generated image of broken pencils labeled as a fix and tagged #SayNoToPencilSlop. Artists answered that the remaining pencil still works, that sharpening the other end yields two pencils, and that they can draw with blood, sweat, chalk, or cinder if materials run out. One reply noted artists keep going when equipment fails while AI stops without data centers. Another directly challenged the poster to draw something better than the image in question.

William Clark@WilliamCla4hxh@gomiwaan Equipment is overrated! I've seen amazing art made with just a pencil and paper. Start with what you have, and who knows where it'll take you!
BH Blitz Hale the Umbreon💙💛@blitztheumbreon@unvarnishedvoid They legit just said that all drawing is just tracing. That person is absolutely just trolling, no way someone can be that stupid right?

HA Happerex@happerexxx@CapsirusYT you can literally break the arms of an artist and tear them off and they will find a way to draw with either their mouth or their legs.
A~ Andy ~ Warped Films@warped_films@CapsirusYT the fact they think pencilslop will catch on shows how hurt they are. But creativity is a skill that needs practice also.
CR Crystals148@crystals148@Fliwiya Dont draw with your blood Unless you're performing a hexxing
