Amazon CEO Andy Jassy says shopping through outside agents is ‘still not great’

Fortune reports that Amazon CEO Andy Jassy told analysts few customers buy through outside shopping agents, saying the experience is “still not great, nor more convenient than coming to a retailer directly.” Amazon blocked Meta’s Muse from its store in September, saying its access would violate customer terms. Jassy said more than 400 million customers had used Amazon’s own Alexa for shopping in the preceding year.
