@wccftech Seriously, has no one actually checked the manufacturing specs for these chips? They use substantially more silicon to reach same memory capacities while having substantially lower yields. Without EUV, china can’t fundamentally compete purely due to physics.

@wccftech Note that this means CXMT is charging near the other manufacturers because it can, not because that's the actual cost of production. Everyone is overcharging, even CXMT. Eventually supply will catch up with all of them and they'll have no choice but to reduce prices.

@Camarox396 @wccftech Not sure why people thought it was gonna make ram cheap. There is more demand than supply. The only way to lower prices is to significantly increase supply. Memory prices are volatile, no manufacturer is gonna quickly sprout a fab.
