2 postsMore than 15% of monthly active users on @cfosilvia are now paying members. It has only been 9 weeks since we turned on monetization. The impossible comeback is underway.
The first few days of $BRR’s impossible comeback have been good start. We continue to grow revenue, saw one of the largest user acquisition days in company history, and put the market on notice that things were going to change. Our engineering team has been on fire. They launched a ton of new features and optimizations, including a model router that reduces compute cost and decreases latency. We have a magical new feature that will launch in the coming days. I am excited for everyone to see it. On the business front, we officially have 15% of all monthly active users as paying clients now. This is a big number considering we only turned on monetization 9 weeks ago. The overall revenue numbers are still small, but growing fast week-over-week so I feel good about our direction of travel and the acceleration in the numbers. On marketing, the haters and critics have been made aware that their reign of terror is over. We will not let them run rampant making up nonsense about the company. We control the narrative with facts and results, not the losers screeching on the internet because they have nothing better to do. Additionally, we are cranking out engaging content that documents how we are building the company. This is going to be a team effort, so we will constantly look for ways to keep people informed of the journey as we go. Lastly, we officially landed on an appropriate term for everyone involved in the company: “Silvia misfits” This perfectly describes the people who work at the business and the users who find Silvia valuable. We have a small, but mighty group that is an unlikely pairing, but we are all aligned in our strong belief that Wall Street has ignored the self-directed investor for too long. I’ll take the Silvia misfits over the bureaucrat elitist any day of the week. It is personally fun to build a product that positively impacts so many people. Doing it with a group that is underestimated will make victory even sweeter. Silvia vs The World. I like our chances.
