SB Energy Files for IPO with OpenAI Links

SB Energy filed for an IPO. The Softbank-backed AI data center company stated it is substantially dependent on OpenAI. Sources note Nvidia backs a related OpenAI data-centre project. The firm has not generated revenue from its data center business and none of its data centers are operational yet. Its IPO filing shows deep financial entanglement with OpenAI, including stock warrants. Reports also cite billions in losses for the company.
