Useless homepage, this is not even funny GIT diff that doesn’t support per char diffs No stacked PRs (I guess at some point?..) Bad mobile experience (reviews, code browsing) Outdated wiki experience The fact that it is easier for me to ask about code through Claude app and not though GitHub app is insane
@moraes_c_ @tekbog @charliermarsh First and foremost: why is the homepage useless? It's modeled like a social feed instead of a dashboard with action items from the repos I've interacted with last. Next: The main use I get from GH is comparing PR diffs and It's so underwhelming, it hasn't improved in years.
@charliermarsh Stacked PRs are a game changer for keeping code reviews modular. It’s one of those things you didn't know you needed until you used it, and then there's no going back. Glad to see GitHub making it first-class.
