SiMa.ai raises $150 million Series C at a $1.45 billion valuation

SiMa.ai has raised a $150 million Series C financing at a $1.45 billion valuation. Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify co-led the round, with Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital and StepStone Group also participating. The startup develops chips and software for running AI directly on devices such as robots, drones and cameras. TechCrunch reports the financing brings SiMa.ai’s total funding to more than $500 million, and that the company was previously valued at $960 million after an $85 million Series B in July 2025, citing PitchBook.
