Pentagon AI chief says allies lack resources to match US military AI, The Next Web reports

The Next Web reports $800 million for four American labs and says no European ministry comes close.

The Next Web reports that Pentagon AI chief Cameron Stanley told a Washington summit that NATO and Five Eyes allies lack the resources, experience and scale to match US military AI. It says Stanley also described his office as helping allies avoid mistakes the Pentagon has already made.
