"Evolve your repo, not just your agent."
Self-evolving repository (SEPO) is a fun idea that I’ve been exploring recently. @sepoagent turns any GitHub repo into a shared workspace for humans and coding agents.
It supports asynchronous codebase debugging and repository-level updates.

Users are excited about SEPO turning GitHub repos into shared AI agent workspaces because they describe the experience as fun, amazing, and very cool while using it to build itself.
Claude Code on GitHub that self-evolves. Leave your laptop on your desk 😌Check out @sepoagent !

We've been using @sepoagent to build Sepo itself, and it's been a really fun experience. Try it and tell us what you think — more to come!

.@shannonzshen & I've had too many convs about the right UI for human-AI collab...then figured if agents are invited to team work, why not invite them to workspaces humans already know well? Being on GitHub alone preps me to handoff longer tasks to my async teammate @sepoagent !

Half of us carry laptops running Claude Code, scared to close the lid. The other half refresh chat — "did it fix the bug?" Then you hand off to a teammate and… the context lived in your terminal. Today's agent interfaces aren't built for this team collaboration.

Mention @sepoagent on any issue, PR, or discussion on your Github. Context stays in the repo, not your laptop. No more anxiety watching agents run — devs already know async collaboration. Handoffs just work, all decisions & rationale saved.

And @sepoagent learns! When a maintainer pushes back, Sepo distills feedback into rubrics and checks every future PR against them. Agents stop repeating mistakes you've already corrected.
The repo evolves with your team — that's the "self-evolving repository."
