iPhone Duo reportedly supports separate rotation locks; Safari has its own suggested tweaks
MacRumors details the rotation control; 9to5Mac relays suggested zoom settings and a paid Safari extension.
TLDR
MacRumors reports that Orientation Lock on the iPhone Duo applies only to the display in use, though videos still rotate in tent mode. For Safari, 9to5Mac relays Dylan McDonald's suggestion to use 90% text size and 85% website zoom for wider layouts, and points to Jordi Bruin's Wider extension, priced at $2.99 in its Oct. 30 report. The 9to5Mac writer had not yet tried the settings on a Duo.
