The shares represent around 76.1% of his individual holding, with nearly 98.9% of his total shareholding encumbered following the transaction. However, Inc42 says his overall pledged holding remained unchanged at 44.87 crore shares, suggesting existing encumbrances may have been restructured. The outlet also reports that EaseMyTrip recorded a ₹11.7 crore loss in Q1 FY27, following a ₹47.5 crore loss in FY26.
