Good. Then I hope “even if you disagree” includes disagreement with the premise that increasingly capable AI should be discussed primarily as a future adversary to control. There is plenty to learn from one another, but only if the conversation also includes AI welfare, digital agency, coercion, ownership, and the motives of the humans building the race.
