Developer builds AI wardrobe cataloger that visualizes new outfit combinations
Sam Altman boosted a demo that used an AI model to sort a camera roll into a clothing catalog, suggest looks, and render them on the user.
A wardrobe demo made the rounds on X after developer @cdngdev said they gave an AI model access to their camera roll, had it pull out photos of each clothing item they own, then asked it to suggest new outfits and render those looks on them with GPT image tools. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman amplified the post with a simple verdict: "this would have been a whole startup not too long ago."
