Community notes: - have a range of political stances - require broad approval to appear - are not censorship (much moderation is!) - reduce the spread of the content they are attached to Options that are probably better and probably not worse seem rare. Let’s take this one!
There is much *much* more that is possible here, but let's see how this goes. Let me know of bugs/things you don't like. Thanks to Jim Maar who did a lot of the work here. Thanks to Jaan Tallinn and FLF for funding this.
@NathanpmYoung I fw the vision. Community notes-like are a jewel of the internet
@thmorriss thanks!
We have a note that people think is helpful! AI 2040 probably gets the generation of the Medog power station wrong. Though if that’s the only correction that sticks they are doing pretty well! https://commonnotes.net/ https://x.com/NathanpmYoung/status/2075967857612222883/photo/1 https://twitter.com/nathanpmyoung/status/2075744559515242881

Let me be clear. I intend for there to be community-voted notes on all media. On podcasts, on news articles, on journal articles. The lot. That is the goal. If you produce media, get in touch. https://twitter.com/nathanpmyoung/status/2075967857612222883
