it imagines the eschaton (singularity) as one that escapes physical work (and bodies) and that then also obviates the need for its existence.
but vocation without toil has precedent - in the garden, and, in the future, the new jerusalem
the vision for post-AGI labor is not one without humans, but one with more humanity. more care, more beauty, more “naming the animals”, more tending the garden. more filling the earth
