Xiaomi CyberOne Robot Completes Heart Gesture and Fist Bump

The Korea JoongAng Daily reported from Berlin that Xiaomi's humanoid robot CyberOne completed a heart gesture when a visitor formed half of one with their hand. The robot also obliged when a guest put out their fist for a bump. Coverage of IFA 2026 indicates that Chinese-made robots were prominent with demonstrations including dancing boxing and performing household chores across the exhibition hall. The fair has been expanding its presentation of AI and robotics technologies. The article links this activity to the trade show's growing emphasis on such innovations from various manufacturers.
