It's unfortunate when people can't share their honest thoughts w/out being read as a proxy for their employer. But it's also hard to sympathize when intelligent people don't seem to take seriously the possibility that they too may be vulnerable to motivated reasoning & groupthink
Dean is learning the hard way that "posting is policy" stuff is expected of all posting by policy staff
