Got feedback from someone looking into it much more that the Meta data center in Cheyenne actually did behave badly with how they discharged the water in their closed loop system which was still contaminated with bacteria from construction. Deleted the last post and will circle back once I know more.

More Perfect Union again with a massive misrepresentation. This bacteria is from wastewater from the construction site. It’s found in soil. The construction water interacted with the soil and bacteria got into it. https://twitter.com/MorePerfectUS/status/2074548268462195038
