TPG reportedly in talks to acquire Ark Data Centres at about a $5bn valuation

The Financial Times reports TPG is in talks with Elliott Management, Ark’s majority owner, over an acquisition valuing the UK operator at about $5bn. Ark operates 27 data centres across the UK and Belgium. People familiar with the discussions cautioned that a deal is not guaranteed.
