3 postsSo, a lot of Mercor/Surge type companies have popped up in China (EnableExpert, Stardust, Integer Intelligence) These guys have a network of subject matter human experts (finance, law, coding, etc) They basically pair an LLM with a human expert and generate training data. Human expert asks queries, the LLM generates answers, and if the LLM is wrong somewhere, then the human expert corrects it. This data, generated from these interactions, is sold to model labs Just like Mercor/Surge sell this data to Anthropic/OpenAI, etc EnableExpert and Stardust do the same to Chinese model labs
