@AndrewCurran_ Sam Altman has done much more for making AI mainstream and respectable. Dario has just played on fear. Two different types of people.

@Tim_Hua_ Tbh, the Trump admin keeps picking dumbass fights, but at least we're setting some precedents! People didn't like AI mass surveillance or killer robots, nice. The government has the power to stop an AI release if it's a threat to national security, nice!

@deanwball Except I was wondering how many people who complained about the bio/cyber refusals being too severe, unnecessary, no possible reason, will walk that back. Once people get angry, they don't always think.

@AndrewCurran_ Normies dont know any of this. They do have strong antiAI bias. This does more for Trump than Dario et al imo
