The pattern you described (“Clone repo X from GitHub to /tmp for reference" is one of my most used prompting patterns”) is so valuable. I use “ghost repos” as architectural reference and the difference it can make is huge. Even cross language ghost repos can help. It’s a pattern I’m constantly promoting. 🍺

@simonw @AnthropicAI Claude Code keeping us safe from our own public repos is a top tier feature. Love when the agent decides terminal isolation means no outside friends.
