#KostasThoughts: Saturday morning stroll around Zurich. Been iterating on a lecture note on off-policy policy gradients with Codex, with the goal of building a lecture and accompanying notes on PPO.
My courses have traditionally focused on slides, but accompanying tailored lecture notes have often been missing simply due to lack of time. Frontier models are a game changer.
Slides are for lectures. Documents are for offline reading.
Don’t create slideuments (half slide, half document). They’re terrible for lectures and terrible for offline reading.
