Socrates would have been dunking all over this journalist for their inability to express creativity and understanding orally, depending on the delusion of wisdom that writing enables. I do enjoy writing but it's often a crutch used to cover for poor thinking by wordcels.

This excerpt is hilarious, actually? The author was clearly using the tech in question, didn’t like the mirror it held up to how they speak, and had an honest reaction to it and left it in? Good shit I know it’s VC virtue signaling to shit on non-co-opted media but come on.

Wispr Flow is great. Incredibly fast and accurate. Great for just putting thoughts on paper. Perfect for talking to LLMs, too.

        @moshpitmagic @thefinnmckenty You’d be surprised 👀 how little about Ai that many Stanford “Ai” PhDs know about Ai. Was she a compsci engineer? Or some middling philosophy “ethics” field? Because if she’s using ((Generative Ai)) as a term it’s probably the latter..
