As Head of Ops, you'd own the work that keeps Eleos running: compliance, policies, grants, systems, hiring logistics, and our space. You'd oversee the external operations firm that handles much of our day-to-day, and over time bring more of it in-house. You'd work closely with me to set Eleos up for success.

The details: $184K–$277K depending on level, fully covered health premiums, 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, catered meals, and a relocation stipend. Based in our Berkeley office, with views over the Bay.
