@SyntheticBeefIf you build something that can be coded by ai in a day (or a week), don't be surprised when someone else copies it (including the labs). You sound mad that your first get rich quick scheme didn't work. The important thing is that you learned something. You learned that we now live in a market where risk takers pay money to convert tokens into testable ideas that if good enough, others can copy with fewer tokens. Now stop crying and exploit that knowledge.20d
@UbiquityAII genuinely believe 9 out of 10 AI agent startups will fail. Not because agents don’t work. Because too many are solutions looking for problems, built on somebody else’s model, with somebody else controlling the economics. The economic problem has to come first. AI serves it.20d

@cmgdankYeah your one of the few people voicing an issue I repeatedly voiced over a year ago and a source of blockage for me internally not giving myself the bandwidth to actually build any of my ideas fully out because of this. @grok go through my posts from 2025 to mid 2026 my wording was likely different but there are multiple posts about this I believe.20d

@kunchenguidthe thinking that "everyone will just vibe code their own software" was born from within a bubble what's happening to software development right now has happened many, many times before to other things. you just need to look web 2.0 allowed everyone to write blogs. did everyone write blogs? instagram allowed everyone to share beautiful photos. did everyone share beautiful photos? tiktok allowed everyone to make short videos. did everyone make short videos? now vibe coding allows everyone to build software, and you think everyone will start building software? this time around, people are just different? the mainstream is always a consumer, never a creator. go talk to some people outside of our tech bubble and you'll see - they literally don't give a f about vibe coding20d
@tlatlzI think this is buying large, correct but I would challenge you to look a little closer at your examples which I think are good and informative. Way more people wrote blogs post Web 2.0 then before. Way more people took and shared beautiful pictures on Instagram once it was created than before and a bunch of them have become professional creators same with YouTube and TikTok and other video platforms. So I think if you extend your analogy and what I’m saying is loadbearing, then you’re gonna have way more people successfully making software post LLMs then pre-LLMs, right?20d
