Some Windows scrollbars let you Shift-click to jump to a chosen spot

Neowin reports that holding Shift while clicking a scrollbar can move it directly to that spot. Chen said he had missed the shortcut despite working on Windows for more than three decades. It does not work in every app: Neowin says Chromium scrollbars support it, while WinUI’s XAML scrollbars do not.
