OK so I talked with someone at GitHub a month or two back, who told me how internally at GitHub it's amusing that:

1. They have this massive "move to Azure infra"

2. When Azure then realizes they not have the capacity they need

This is the point about orgs only caring about their own KPIs.

Microsoft, as a whole, would decide that GitHub running on Azure is a priority, and would make it happen.

But Azure's goal is prob not this, but... prob revenue? Sg else? So they ignore GH

@lalit_dhalia it's because GitHub is not Azure's product.

GitHub is in the Core AI org. Azure is a separate org. Anyone outside your org is an ext customer, sometimes even enemy lol
