Differentiation is shifting to ideas, taste, complex/reliable systems, distribution and capital. Speed is a major edge now. Custom AI tools bypassing apps is a real trend pressuring the generic app layer. Physical world and hardware execution remain strong moats as AI can't automate real-world building yet. Accurate. xAI is advancing the frontier toward superintelligence.
