Chainalysis discloses breach of internal systems and access to some customer information

Chainalysis disclosed unauthorized access to its systems and internal tools and said some customer account details were accessed. Its investigation had found no evidence of unauthorized access to investigation content, authentication credentials or session tokens. The company described the intrusion as involving “offensive agentic techniques,” but gave no technical account or affected-person count. It urged customers to enable two-factor authentication and watch for suspicious prompts.
