@t_blom That founder stories will add to the great pivot stories of Reddit, Dropbox, Retool and many more... here is glimpse of Dropbox

@t_blom The pain you don't want to repeat is the actual asset. Most founders pivot away from the moat they spent years building.

@t_blom Real estate is full of this. Guy finally learns comps, builds a crew, gets deal flow. Then sees someone post STR income and wants to start over from scratch.

@t_blom We funded the pivot, the deck had a nice font.

@t_blom Very vague of a pivot, there are so many pieces of a dental office that can be AI-ified. Acquisition, billing, reception, patient care, diagnostic analysis, etc. They seem they are in for some hurt.

@t_blom Trust me, that market has a lot of 💩 in it 😁

@t_blom every market truly sucks tbh

@t_blom AI for Dentists sounds like a good idea honestly

@t_blom My strategy plan.
⤵️

@t_blom We already have AI for dentist at home

@t_blom 3 years was the edge. Without it, they're just shipping another AI wrapper.

@t_blom Not AI for dentists! NOT THAT!

@t_blom Pivoting for 3 years only to land on AI for dentists is certainly an outcome

@t_blom That is exactly how execution fatigue blinds people. They mistake a generic trend for an easy win, throwing away three years of irreplaceable domain expertise just to reset their clock back to zero.

@t_blom My strategy plan.

@t_blom This is why wehn people say I should pivot into licensing my Agentic OS I look at them and go ... no - I am using it to super-power my Skincare brand - I have 10 years of expertise in skincare & enough technical knowledge to use AI to supercharge it - why would I pivot to AI SAAS

@t_blom This would definitely look green on a LinkedIn post 😂

@t_blom just delaying having to solve a distribution problem
