What does your personal workflow look like now across ideation, prototyping, debugging, and shipping? Are you mostly staying inside Replit, or combining it with Claude (chat/cowork), ChatGPT etc. in different stages?

Not what most places have in mind, and they lack the measures to quantify the value.
The problem is being 2x as productive for <20% of an employees cost doesnt sell as well as you might think, unless reducing headcount

most tools make you forget half your backlog just fighting the environment
@amasad We’re getting dangerously close to a world where the bottleneck isn’t coding ability anymore; it’s having good enough ideas to build.
