@calebwatney Being able to say ‘I’ve done such a good job building one team that’s saving the world that I’ve decided the best thing I can do now is build another’, and being right about that, is just about the best kind of flex there is. Best of luck on your next quest!
@calebwatney @IFP @coeff_giving @mattsclancy Reinforces my priors about CG, and about Effective Altruism in general. Reflect on what you're doing, and find a way to not do evil. Shame on you.
@calebwatney @IFP @coeff_giving @mattsclancy Congrats Caleb! Seems like a great opportunity to accelerate and expand your impact.
@calebwatney @IFP @coeff_giving @mattsclancy Congrats! You've left quite a legacy with IFP, kudos!! Onward and upward!

@calebwatney @IFP @coeff_giving @mattsclancy 💌 so excited for you and CG.
This is a compelling vision for what needs to come next in AI governance, and very much shared at @JHUBloombergCtr, esp the integration of abundance and AI which, I agree, are tightly interwoven. Societal adaptation to powerful ai is part and parcel of pulling us out of the civilisational basin we are currently in. Our 3 wk AGI governance fellowship has a few days left before we start reviewing applications. If this vision appeals and you’re a good fit, do apply: https://sogp.jh.edu/agi-governance-fellowship/
