Google Rolls Out Lake America Name on Maps

Google announced it started rolling out map changes displaying Lake Ontario as Lake America inside the U.S. The update follows President Trump's executive order renaming the body of water. CBS News reported the rollout began Saturday amid an ongoing trade fight between the U.S. and Canada. Townhall shared a screenshot of the dark-themed map view with the new label and nearby city markers. The packet contains no first-party Google statement or independent confirmation of full global implementation.
