Good list. The one piece missing from it is financial agency. Connectivity, mobility, voice, all of it matters less when you can't access basic financial tools. A billion-plus people are stuck right there, and giving them control over their own money might be the highest-leverage form of agency there is.

It could be brighter if someone could figure a way to stop wars; any thinkers out there with bright ideas? War should have been banned at the end of the 20th century, in my opinion.
